For a PSS provider consulted 60+ customers for the implementation and migration of a new PSS. Responsible to build and maintain close relationships with relevant business customers to understand their IT and system needs. ensure the new services and systems are delivered to meet these needs. provide consulting to the business area on IT-related issues. Check if the strategic plans are feasible and recommend suitable solutions. Advise business customers about organization, personnel, economic and technical aspects with respect to the use and support of the communication systems, local networks and applications, both technical and functional.
